The Manchester Evening News is reporting that the Red Devils have been told they will have to pay at least that amount if they want to sign the 22-year-old by Anderlecht general manager Herman Van Holsbeeck.
The same report claims that Manchester United made an enquiry about signing the midfielder after he impressed for the Red Devils in their Europa League quarter-final victory over Anderlecht last year.
However, it is also suggested that the Red Devils “cooled” their interest in Dendoncker after they signed Nemanja Matic from Chelsea in the January transfer window.
It is claimed that Manchester United have not made fresh contact with Anderlecht about a potential move, but the club’s general manager has still moved to talk up Dendoncker’s price tag.
Dendoncker has made 19 appearances for Anderlecht in the Belgian league so far this season.
Manchester United are thought to be on the lookout for reinforcements this month as they look to try and close the gap to Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table.
The Red Devils will host Stoke City at Old Trafford on Monday night.
