Man United want to sign Germany and Brazil midfielders – report
Man United will try and sign both Mesut Ozil and Fabinho in the summer, according to reports
Manchester United are eying deals to sign both Mesut Ozil and Fabinho in the summer transfer window, according to reports in Spain.
Spanish outlet Don Balon, as quoted by the Daily Express, is reporting that Jose Mourinho is interested in bringing both midfielders to Old Trafford at the end of the season.
The same report says that Mourinho will remain keen on the duo even if Manchester United wrap up a deal to sign Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal this month.
The story claims that Mourinho is ready to pursue two former Real Madrid players in Ozil and Fabinho once the transfer window reopens at the end of the season.
German attacking midfielder Ozil would be available on a free transfer in the summer if he ends up not signing a new contract with the Gunners before the end of the current campaign.
Brazilian defensive midfielder Fabinho has long been linked with a move to Old Trafford in the past but there has not yet been any official move for the Brazilian.
Meanwhile, Manchester United are currently preparing to host Stoke City in their Premier League clash at Old Trafford on Monday night.
The Red Devils are aiming to at least better their sixth-placed finish in the Premier League from last season.
