The former Man United captain Paul Ince is backing Arsenal to beat Swansea in South Wales on Tuesday night
Paul Ince is confident Arsenal will avoid an upset and manage to beat Swansea at the Liberty Stadium on Tuesday night.
The Gunners will make the long trip to the south Wales in search of successive Premier League victories following a 4-1 win against Crystal Palace last time out.
Arsenal have a poor record on the road in the Premier League this season following five defeats and four stalemates in 12 of their away games in the English top flight.
The north London side will take on a Swansea outfit in good spirits following a 1-0 win against Liverpool FC at the Liberty Stadium last week.
The Gunners will be hoping to keep the pressure on fourth-placed Liverpool FC in the race to secure a Champions League spot following a one-season absence.
Former Manchester United midfielder Ince is backing Arsenal to ease to a comfortable win against Swansea on Tuesday night.
“The result that Swansea managed against Liverpool was nothing short of incredible!” Ince told the Daily Express. “Though I bet it ruined a few coupons.
“I’d love to see them go on and get another result against Arsenal this week, but it does seem unlikely.
“I’m going to back the away side to get the win here, but they will concede.”
Arsenal are in sixth place in the Premier League table but only five points adrift of Liverpool FC.
The Gunners signed Henrikh Mkhitaryan in a swap deal that saw Alexis Sanchez complete a switch to Manchester United.
Arsenal haven’t won the Premier League title since 2003-04 but have lifted the FA Cup three times in the past four seasons.
