Arsene Wenger: This Arsenal star now looks more composed in front of goal
The Arsenal manager heaps praise on Aaron Ramsey for his clinical performance in Saturday evening's 5-1 win against Everton

Arsene Wenger has praised Aaron Ramsey’s improved composure in front of goal after the Arsenal midfielder’s hat-trick in a 5-1 win against Everton on Saturday evening.
The Gunners midfielder has only recently returned to the Arsenal side following a lengthy injury lay-off to hamper the Wales international’s start to the campaign.
Ramsey made the breakthrough in the sixth minute from close range before the 26-year-old’s deflected strike made it 3-0 to the north London side after Laurent Koscielny’s effort.
January signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang made it 4-0 before Ramsey completed his hat-trick with another precise finish from Mkhitaryan’s third assist of the Premier League game.
The Arsenal midfielder has now scored six goals and has made six assists in 18 appearances in the Premier League in the current campaign.
Speaking to the club’s website about Ramsey’s treble against Everton, Wenger admitted that he is impressed with the Welshman’s clinical edge so far this season.
“The assists from Mkhitaryan were great today and Ramsey having a hat-trick is absolutely exceptional and good for him, for his confidence,” Wenger said.
“He looked more composed and calmer in his finishing and that’s great.”
Arsenal haven’t won the Premier League title since 2003-04 and the Gunners will do well to overhaul Chelsea FC, Liverpool FC and Tottenham Hotspur in the top-four race.
The Gunners will take on runaway Premier League leaders Manchester City in the League Cup final at Wembley later this month.
