Dennis Wise has suggested that a partnership between Carlo Ancelotti and John Terry would be an ideal situation should Antonio Conte leave the Blues.

According to speculation over the past week, Conte is on the brink at Chelsea FC ahead of some huge games against Barcelona, Manchester City and Manchester United in the next month or so.
Former Blues skipper Wise suggested the Blues turn to their ex-manager Ancelotti with club legend Terry as his assistant should Conte’s reign be brought to an end.
“If you brought someone like Carlo Ancelotti in and John Terry alongside him, the fans would accept something like that,” Wise told The Debate on Sky Sports.
Chelsea FC signed Everton midfielder Ross Barkley, AS Roma defender Emerson Palmieri and Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud in the January transfer window.
The Blues won the Premier League title with two games to spare last term after he finished seven points clear of their closest challengers Tottenham Hotspur.
