“Yeah definitely [Chelsea are outsiders for the top four now],” Souness told Sky Sports. “I think both Tottenham and Liverpool will get there.
“I think it will be Tottenham, Liverpool and obviously City winning it. And I felt that it will be between Chelsea and Man United.”
Chelsea FC won the Premier League title with two games to spare last season in Antonio Conte’s first season in charge of the west London club.
