Cesar Azpilicueta is determined to help Chelsea FC get their season back on track when the Blues host West Brom in the Premier League on Monday night.

The Blues have struggled to find consistent form in recent weeks and have slumped to back to back defeats in the Premier League to dent their hopes of finishing in the top four.

Chelsea FC were thrashed 4-1 by Watford at Vicarage Road in the Premier League on Monday night to leave them in fourth place in the Premier League table.

The west London side will aim to get back to winning ways in the top flight when they take on West Brom at Stamford Bridge next week.

It is crucial for Chelsea FC to get their season back on track ahead of their crunch Champions League showdown with FC Barcelona later this month.

And Azpilicueta is convinced that the Blues will be able to get their campaign back on track with victory over West Brom next week.

Azpilicueta is quoted as saying by Metro: “As a player, all I want is to come back to the training pitch as soon as possible.

“We want to work hard and to get into Monday’s game against West Brom, to get the three points and to get our confidence back.

“We have to know that it’s (all the speculation over the manager) part of our job. When you win and are scoring goals, [people think] you’re doing amazing and you get all the plaudits.

“When that happens you have to be calm and be realistic. It’s the same during this time. We have to analyse ourselves. We know that we can do better and know that we can improve.”

Chelsea FC won the Premier League title in Antonio Conte’s first campaign in charge at Stamford Bridge last season.

However, the Blues look like they now have a fight on their hands to secure a top-four finish and qualification for next season’s Champions League.
