Eden Hazard opens up about poor Chelsea FC form
Eden Hazard insists that he is not worried about Chelsea FC's recent drop in form in the Premier League
Eden Hazard has insisted that he is not concerned about Chelsea FC’s recent poor form as the Blues look to get back to winning ways against West Brom.
The west London side won the Premier League title in style in Antonio Conte’s first season in charge at Stamford Bridge but they have struggled to maintain consistent form this term.
Indeed, Chelsea FC have just crashed to back to back Premier League defeats against Bournemouth and Watford to heap pressure on Conte at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues are currently in fourth place in the Premier League table as Conte looks to at least steer them to a top-four finish in the Premier League this season.
However, Hazard insists that he is not worried about the west London side’s dip this season and instead insists is part of a natural cycle in football.
Speaking to ESPN FC, Hazard said: “I think the Premier League is difficult.
“It’s hard to win every year. Last year we didn’t have the Champions League. This year we have less time to be ready for the games. Every week there are three games.”
Hazard is looking to help Chelsea FC return to winning ways in the Premier League when they host West Bromwich Albion at Stamford Bridge in the top flight on Monday night.
The Blues are currently in fourth place in the table as they at least look to secure qualification for next season’s Champions League.
