Eden Hazard has appeared to suggest that he is happy to stay at Chelsea FC for the foreseeable future.

The Belgian playmaker is widely regarded as one of Europe’s top attacking talents and he has earned plenty of praise for his strong performances for the Blues in recent seasons.

Hazard has been regularly linked with a more to Real Madrid in the past and he is currently under contract at Chelsea FC until the summer of 2020.

However, the 27-year-old has now appeared to indicate that he is happy to stay at Stamford Bridge for the long-term, although he did refuse to rule out a possible exit in the future.

Hazard is quoted as saying by The Sun: “In football, anything can happen. But in football, nothing can happen too.

“Every year they talk about Real or PSG. And when I want to change clubs, I will. But at the moment I’m good where I am.

“I still have two years left on my contract. I feel very good over here.

“The fans love me, my family enjoys life over here. We will see.”

The attacker, who signed from Lille back in 2012, has scored 11 goals and made two assists in the Premier League for Chelsea FC so far this season.

Hazard will be expecting to start for Chelsea FC when the Blues take on FC Barcelona in the first leg of their Champions League last 16 clash on Tuesday night at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues head into that game after having beaten Hull City 4-0 in the FA Cup fifth round at Stamford Bridge on Friday night.
