The striker has been struggling with a niggling injury of late but Wenger has confirmed that the England international is fit and ready for the trip to Wembley.
However, Wenger also hinted that David Ospina could be set to start in goal after Petr Cech picked up an injury during the 5-1 win over Everton at The Emirates last weekend.
Arsenal head into the game looking to beat their bitter local rivals and give their hopes of a top four finish a significant boost.
Speaking at a news conference at Arsenal’s training ground on Thursday morning, Wenger said: “Danny Welbeck will be back and we had a few problems with Petr Cech, we’re not sure at the moment because he’s not practiced – I don’t know if he’ll be available.”
Arsenal are currently in sixth place in the Premier League table as they bid to try and break back into the top four this season.
Wenger’s side have had to settle for Europa League football this term after they ended up in fifth place in the table last term.
The Gunners did, however, win the FA Cup for the third time in four years last term after beating Chelsea in the final back in May of last year.
