Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has taken to social media to reveal that he is feeling fresh and ready for action as Liverpool FC turn their attentions back to the Premier League this weekend.

The England midfielder travelled to Spain with the rest of the Liverpool FC squad last week for a warm weather training camp after a rare weekend off for Jurgen Klopp’s men.

The Reds were able to wind down somewhat after having all but booked their place in the quarter-finals of the Champions League with a rampant 5-0 first-leg win over FC Porto last week.

Oxlade-Chamberlain will be hoping to help Liverpool FC progress well in Europe’s elite club competition in the second half of the campaign, as he also bids to try and help the Reds finish in the top four.

And the 24-year-old midfielder seemed to be in high spirits at the start of the week after the Liverpool FC’s squad’s return to the United Kingdom.

Oxlade-Chamberlain posted the chirpy picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “Training camp done ✅ Back at it ahead of the weekend ⚽️.”

Liverpool FC will return to Premier League action on Saturday afternoon when they take on West Ham United in their home clash at Anfield.

The Reds are currently third in the Premier League table.
