Mark Lawrenson: What I really think about Man United star Paul Pogba
The Liverpool FC legend is adamant that Manchester United record signing Paul Pogba is good enough for the Old Trafford side

Mark Lawrenson is adamant that Paul Pogba is good enough for Manchester United.
The Red Devils missed Manchester United’s 2-0 win at Huddersfield Town in the FA Cup last weekend due to illness.
Pogba has struggled to impress in the Manchester United team over the past couple of months.
Indeed, the club record signing was substituted midway through the second half of Manchester United’s loss at Tottenham Hotspur and Neecastle United.
Pogba was omitted from the Manchester United team that beat the Terriers in the Premier League two weeks ago to raise questions about his future.
The 24-year-old has been unable to convince some Manchester United supporters about his talent since his £89m move from Serie A giants Juventus.
Former Liverpool FC defender Lawrenson was asked on BBC Radio 5 Live whether Pogba was a true Red Devils player.
And Lawrenson simply replied: “He is good enough [for Man United].”
Manchester United finished in sixth place in the Premier League table last term in Pogba’s first season back at Old Trafford.
The French midfielder won the Europa League and the FA Cup in the 2016-17 season.
