Willian fires warning at Man United ahead of Chelsea FC clash
Willian looks ahead to Chelsea FC's trip to Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday
Willian has warned Manchester United that he is out to score a hat-trick for Chelsea FC in Sunday’s Premier League showdown at Old Trafford.
The Brazilian was in fine form on Tuesday night as he scored Chelsea FC’s goal in their 1-1 draw with FC Barcelona in the Champions League at Stamford Bridge.
Willian has been in good form for the Blues in recent weeks and he will be hoping to have done enough to have earned a starting spot in the Chelsea FC team against Manchester United this weekend.
And the Brazil international appears to be in an extremely bullish mood ahead of Chelsea FC’s trip to Manchester United.
Willian is quoted as saying by Metro: “I’m always ready to score goals.
“I think the hat-trick is coming soon. I nearly scored one against Hull [in last Friday’s FA Cup tie] and against Barcelona.
“It is totally different to play in the Premier League to the Champions League.
“I think we can stay at this level, go to Old Trafford on Sunday and play another great game. We have to play in a similar way [against United as in the Barca match].”
Chelsea FC head into this weekend’s round of games in fourth place in the Premier League table as they seek Champions League qualification for next season.
However, the Blues could find themselves in fifth place by kick-off on Sunday, as Tottenham travel to Crystal Palace earlier in the day and Spurs are currently just a point behind the Blues.
Willian has been in good form whenever called upon this season, scoring 11 goals and making seven assists in all competitions for Antonio Conte’s side.
