The France international has been sidelined with a knee problem since 10 February when Lacazette suffered the problem during a 1-0 loss to Tottenham Hotspur in the north London derby at Wembley.
The diminutive striker’s injury came at a bad time given Arsenal’s addition of Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in a club record £56m deal on transfer deadline in January.
Lacazette has struggled to transfer his prolific Ligue 1 form to the Premier League this term, although the French centre-forward has netted a respectable nine goals in 26 games in the English top flight.
Arsenal will welcome AC Milan in the second leg of their Europa League last-16 clash on Thursday night following a 2-0 win at the San Siro last week.
And Lacazette took to social media to give a positive update on his fitness status ahead of his return to first-team action.
Lacazette wrote on his Instagram page: “😁✌🏾💫”
Arsenal haven’t won the Premier League title since 2003-04 and the Gunners finished outside of the top four for the first time last term.
The north London side signed Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan in the January transfer window.
