The Gunners head into the game looking to build on their 3-0 win over Watford in their most recent outing in the top flight in north London.
Arsenal have also since then booked their place in the quarter-finals of the Europa League after navigating their way past AC Milan in the last 16 stage.
The north London side are currently sixth in the Premier League table and it looks as if their best hope of qualifying for the Champions League will be to win the Europa League this season.
They will take on CSKA Moscow in the first leg of their Europa League quarter-final clash next Thursday night, but not before facing the Potters at The Emirates on Sunday.
And former Liverpool FC star Owen is fully expecting to see the Gunners claim all three points when they host Stoke City this weekend.
Writing in his blog for BetVictor, Owen said: “Arsenal have won their last 15 home games against Stoke in all competitions and it is hard to see past another home win at the Emirates on Sunday.
“The Gunners have won their last 24 home league games against sides who started the day in the bottom three but if they beat the Potters at the weekend, it will be the first time they have won back-to-back in the league since November, which highlights their inconsistency this term.”
Arsenal have not won the Premier League title since their famous unbeaten triumph in the 2003-04 campaign and they finished in fifth place in the table last term.
