The Italian head coach is facing speculation surrounding his future at the defending Premier League champions following a difficult second season at Stamford Bridge.
Conte managed to guide the Blues to their second title in three seasons last term after Chelsea FC finished seven points clear of their closest challengers Tottenham Hotspur.
The 52-year-old has come under pressure in recent weeks after premature exits in the Champions League and the League Cup earlier this year.
Chelsea FC’s poor run in the Premier League has seen the west London side drop out of the top four.
Indeed, the Blues are in fifth place and five points behind fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur in the race to secure a spot in the Champions League.
Chelsea FC were 2-1 extra-time winners against Leicester City in the King Power Stadium in the FA Cup quarter-final last weekend.
Former Chelsea FC striker Zola is hoping that Conte will remain at Stamford Bridge beyond the summer.
“It is easy to say Antonio Conte is not happy,” Zola told BBC Sport.
“He is a winner, and has always been like that since he was a player. He wants things to go his way and right now they are not, so he cannot hide his disappointment.
“I genuinely think he is a good fit for Chelsea, one of the best coaches around, and as I want the best for Chelsea so hope his stays.
“There are a few issues, but hopefully they solve them.”
Chelsea FC signed Everton midfielder Ross Barkley, AS Roma defender Emerson Palmieri and Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud in the January transfer window.
