The Belgian shot-stopper has lost his place in the Liverpool FC starting line-up in recent months, with Klopp opting to start German goalkeeper Loris Karius in goal ahead of Mignolet.
Indeed, Mignolet has not featured for the Reds since they were knocked out of the FA Cup by West Bromwich Albion at Anfield at the end of January.
His lack of playing time is likely to prompt speculation about his long-term future at Liverpool FC beyond the summer transfer window.
However, the goalkeeper himself insists that he is simply focused on performing for the Reds and has no intention of quitting Liverpool FC at the moment.
Speaking at a news conference over the weekend, Mignolet said: “I’ve had a few conversations with the manager already and we have spoken about numerous things.
“I’m always open and he’s always open, you know how he is, but at this time it is not the time and place to do that [put in a transfer request].”
Liverpool FC will return to Premier League action on Saturday afternoon when they travel to Crystal Palace in the top flight.
The Reds are currently third in the Premier League table as they look to secure Champions League qualification for the second season running under Klopp.
Liverpool FC will also take on Manchester City in the Champions League quarter-finals next month.
