Liverpool FC are ready to offer Mohamed Salah a new contract worth £200,000 a week following his stunning start to life on Merseyside, according to reports in the British media.

The Daily Mirror is reporting that the Merseyside outfit are ready to reward Salah with a significant wage increase to ward off interest from other clubs after his brilliant form.

Salah has been settling into life at Anfield in style and he has scored 28 goals in the Premier League for Jurgen Klopp’s men so far this season.

The same article says that Liverpool FC are aware that Salah could attract interest from the likes of Real Madrid this summer and so the Reds are looking to try and tie the attacker down to a new deal.

However, according to the same article, Salah is not currently interested in a move away from Anfield to Spain and is focused on his form for Liverpool FC.

He has scored 35 goals in all competitions for the Reds since his move to the Merseyside club from AS Roma in the summer transfer window last year.

Meanwhile, Salah will be hoping to feature for Liverpool FC when the Reds return to Premier League action after the international break with a trip to Crystal Palace on Saturday.
