Spanish media outlet El Gol Digital, as quoted by Team Talk, is reporting that Liverpool FC are putting in place a contingency plan should Salah move to FC Barcelona or Real Madrid this summer.
The same article states that the Reds are cautious about Salah’s future following Philippe Coutinho’s £142m move to FC Barcelona in the January transfer window.
According to the same story, Liverpool FC are lining up a double swoop to sign Valencia pair Soler and Torres in the event that Salah does leave the 18-time English champions.
Given the Merseyside club’s bolstered transfer kitty following Coutinho’s sale earlier this year, Liverpool FC would be prepared to spend £105 on the Valencia duo.
Soler has scored one goal and has made four assists in 26 appearances in all competitions in the current campaign.
The 21-year-old made his La Liga debut in a 3-2 loss to Real Sociedad in December 2016 before he went on to make a further 17 appearances in the 2016-17 campaign.
Torres, on the other hand, has started one La Liga game and made five appearances from the bench, with the 18-year-old producing one assist.
