The Red Devils are currently in second place in the Premier League table as they prepare to welcome the Welsh side to Old Trafford this weekend.
Herrera has been sidelined with an injury in recent weeks but he is now closing in on a comeback for the Red Devils, although it is not known if he will feature against the Swans this weekend.
The Spanish midfielder is a firm favourite amongst Manchester United fans and he has been called upon regularly by Jose Mourinho this season.
He has featured 19 times in the Premier League but has been limited to just eight starts in the English top flight this term.
And Herrera has now dedicated a special message to the Red Devils fans to thank them for their support in recent seasons.
Speaking to Manchester United’s website, Herrera said: “Thank you very much. And, as I said before, I just try to give everything for United every time I am on the pitch.
“I’ve been here already four years, all the love you [the fans] give me is just amazing, sometimes I don’t even deserve it and I just try to give everything back.”
Manchester United are currently in second spot in the Premier League as they look to finish in the top four and win the FA Cup this season.
The Red Devils will take on Tottenham Hotspur in the FA Cup semi-finals at Wembley next month as they bid to end Mourinho’s second campaign in charge at Old Trafford with a trophy.
