Antonio Valencia has been putting in the extra work behind the scenes at Manchester United’s training ground ahead of their clash with Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Monday night.

The Ecuador star has been earning plenty of praise for his strong performances for the Red Devils this season as Manchester United bid to finish as highly as possible in the Premier League table.

The 32-year-old played the full 90 minutes as he helped Manchester United come from a goal down to claim a 2-1 victory over Chelsea FC at Old Trafford in the Premier League last weekend.

The Red Devils have had a week off to prepare for their crunch clash against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Monday night.

And Valencia has taken to social media to show himself training hard on an exercise bike ahead of the Red Devils’ trip to London next week.

Valencia shared the photo above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “Training hard and focused on the next big games! @manchesterunited.”

Manchester United are currently in second place in the Premier League table as they bid to try and finish in the top four this season.

The Red Devils ended up in sixth place in the table last term in Jose Mourinho’s first campaign in charge, but they did win the Europa League and League Cup under the Portuguese coach.
