Massimiliano Allegri is willing to leave Juventus to take over at Arsenal if Arsene Wenger leaves the club this summer, according to reports in the British media.

The Sun is reporting that the Juventus manager is ready to step in and take over at The Emirates after telling friends that he is keen on the Arsenal job should it become available.

Allegri is reportedly worried that his Juventus chiefs could be ready to call time on his career in Turin in the summer.

According to the same story, Allegri is learning English and would be keen on a move to the Premier League, despite having publicly ruled out a move to England.

Arsenal could well be on the lookout for a new manager this summer as the pressure on Wenger at The Emirates continues to mount.

The Gunners have struggled to find consistent form in the Premier League all season and it looks as though they will have to settle for a spot outside the top four once again.

Arsenal have not won the Premier League title since their famous triumph back in 2003-04 and they finished in sixth place in the table last term as they had to settle for a Europa League place this season.
