Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur have been informed that Leicester City defender Harry Maguire will cost £50m in the summer transfer window, according to a report in England.

The Sun is reporting that the Foxes have received a number of informal approaches for the England international, with Leicester’s resolve being tested with a £40m bid for the centre-half.

The same article states that Premier League trio Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are all interested in a potential swoop to sign the promising 25-year-old English defender.

According to the same story, Leicester are hoping that Maguire can impress during England’s World Cup campaign in Russia this summer to triple his value ahead of the 2018-19 Premier League campaign.

Maguire moved to Leicester from relegated Hull City in a £17m deal last summer and the powerful defender has impressed in the Foxes team with his ability to bring the ball out from the back.

The Leicester star has scored two goals and has made four assists in 33 appearances in the Premier League in the current campaign to impress during his debut season at the King Power Stadium.

Maguire scored three times in 75 games in all competitions during three seasons at Hull City.
