The Sun, as quoted by the Daily Mirror, is reporting that Arsenal are keen on signing the 18-year-old defender this summer as Arsene Wenger looks to bolster his rearguard options at The Emirates.
The same report says that Arsenal could be set to face competition from local rivals Tottenham Hotspur for his signature and that Watford are also an interested party.
According to the same report, Stevenage want £2m for their prized asset, and that Watford have already had a £500,000 bid turned down for the defender.
Arsenal are bound to be linked with a host of players in the coming weeks and months as the summer transfer window gives Wenger the chance to significantly bolster his squad.
The defender has made 10 League Two appearances for Stevenage so far this season.
Meanwhile, Arsenal are currently preparing for the return leg of their Europa League quarter-final showdown against CSKA Moscow in Russia on Thursday night.
The north London side won the first leg 4-1 at The Emirates last week to take a big step towards reaching the semi-finals of Europe’s elite club competition.
