Arsenal have joined Chelsea FC and Man United in the race to sign Radja Nainggolan from Roma this summer, say reports
Arsenal have joined Chelsea FC and Manchester United in the race to sign Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan this summer, according to reports in the British media.
The Sun is reporting that the three Premier League clubs are very interested in landing the 29-year-old from AS Roma this summer as they look to bolster their attacking options this summer.
Nainggolan has been in good form again for AS Roma this season, scoring four goals and making seven assists in 28 Serie games for the Italian outfit.
He has long been linked with a move to the Premier League and he was touted as a possible target for Chelsea FC in recent seasons.
Now, the same report suggests that Roma could be forced to sell Nainggolan this summer to balance the books and the 29-year-old Belgian star remains as one of the club’s most valuable assets.
According to the same story, Arsenal are now likely to be leading the race to sign the attacker.
It is claimed that former FC Barcelona boss Luis Enrique is the favourite to take over from Arsene Wenger at The Emirates this summer and he is keen in bringing Nainggolan to The Emirates.
Arsenal, meanwhile, are currently preparing for their Premier League trip to Manchester United on Sunday afternoon.
