The Sun is reporting that the under-fire Blues manager was unhappy with Morata’s performance in the London derby despite the Spanish forward breaking the deadlock last weekend.
Indeed, Morata has scored two goals in his last two games to end a miserable run of form that saw the summer signing net four goals in his previous 22 games.
The same article states that Chelsea FC boss Conte wants Spanish forward Morata to find a greater consistency for the defending Premier League champions.
According to the same story, Morata has lost focus at Chelsea FC and hasn’t been dedicating himself 100 per cent to the title holders following his £65m summer move.
Given Conte’s relentless work ethic, the Italian head coach is unhappy with Morata’s approach.
The Spain international has scored 14 goals and has made five assists in 39 appearances in all competitions in the 2017-18 season.
Chelsea FC won the Premier League title with two games to spare last term after the Blues finished seven points clear of their closest challengers Tottenham Hotspur.
The Blues are in fifth place in the top-flight table and eight points behind Spurs.
