The west London side have been in stuttering form this season and have struggled to produce consistent displays under Antonio Conte.
Chelsea FC won the Premier League title in style last term in Conte’s first campaign in charge, but the Blues have not been able to recreate their consistent form this time around.
The Blues are currently fifth in the Premier League table and facing a significant uphill struggle to try and break back into the top four spots before the end of the season.
Conte’s future at Stamford Bridge beyond this season has been a major source of speculation in recent weeks due to Chelsea FC’s stuttering form.
However, Chelsea FC defender Azpilicueta has insisted that he and his Blues team-mates are doing everything they can to try and qualify for next season’s Champions League.
Speaking to Chelsea FC’s website before the clash with West Ham United on Sunday, Azpilicueta said: “Everyone is pushing to get into the team and get the results we want.
“There is still hope to get into the top four and there are many points still to take. It’s a lot harder now, that’s just the reality of things, but we will always fight until the end.
“We want to have a perfect end by winning every game for the rest of the season, as that is our target.
“Then it’s down to the rest of the teams to stay ahead of us.
“Everyone has been frustrated with the amount of games we have lost this season and that is why we haven’t been able to retain our Premier League title.
“But we are continuing to fight until the end of the season and to give our all to try and finish in the top four.”
Chelsea FC are still aiming to win the FA Cup this season and they will take on Southampton in the semi-finals at Wembley later this month.
