The Blues made it three wins in a row in the Premier League on Saturday evening when they claimed a 1-0 victory at Swansea City to move to within two points of Spurs.
Tottenham are currently in fourth place in the Premier League table and two points ahead of Chelsea FC, although they have a game in hand over their London rivals.
Spurs are set to take on Watford on Monday evening as they look to take a step closer towards Champions League qualification and open up a five point gap over Chelsea FC.
Chelsea FC have three games to try and break back into the top four before the season is out.
And Blues captain Cahill has warned Tottenham that Chelsea FC are hot on Spurs’ tails as the race for the top four continues to hot up.
Speaking to BT Sport on Saturday, Cahill said: “It looked very difficult to get in the top four a few weeks ago, but let’s see.
“It puts a little bit of pressure on. I’m sure they are used to it, but we have done our job, and all we can do is try and win every single game from now until the end of the season and see where that takes us.”
Chelsea FC will look to end what has been a largely disappointing season on a high by beating Manchester United to win the FA Cup final next month.
The Blues won the Premier League title in Antonio Conte’s first season in charge at the club last term.
