Gianluca Vialli has claimed that Antonio Conte “can’t wait” to leave Chelsea FC this summer.

The Blues suffered a damaging blow to their hopes of finishing in the top four this season after they slumped to a disappointing 3-1 loss to top-four rivals Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge.

That result left the west London club facing an uphill struggle to try and qualify for next season’s Champions League.

Chelsea FC are currently fifth in the table and eight points behind Tottenham Hotspur with only seven games left to play.

Conte will be hoping to help his Chelsea FC team end the campaign on a high by at least winning the FA Cup this term following their disappointing form in the Premier League.

Former Chelsea FC manager Vialli believes that Conte has grown frustrated about his situation at the west London side, and is tipping him to leave at the end of the season.

Vialli told Sky Sport Italia: “Conte can’t wait to leave Chelsea.

“He can’t stand that they sell or buy players without consulting him. The truth is, Chelsea would like a manager who is more of a club man.”

Chelsea FC will dust themselves down this week as they prepare for their home clash against West Ham United at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.

The Blues will then take on Southampton for a place in the FA Cup final at Wembley later this month.
