The Blues are in fifth place in the Premier League table and five points adrift of Tottenham Hotspur, who occupy the final Champions League qualification spot.
Chelsea FC have lost four of their last six Premier League games to fall adrift of the top four as Antonio Conte continues to struggle in his second season.
The west London side were 2-1 winners against Tottenham in their Premier League meeting at Wembley in the second game of the 2017-18 season.
Spurs, on the other hand, have won five of their last six Premier League games to put the pressure on Manchester United and Liverpool FC.
The Blues will be bolstered by Harry Kane’s absence for Spurs given the England international has scored 28 times in 30 games this term.
Former Spurs midfielder Redknapp believes Chelsea FC still won’t manage to beat Tottenham at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League on Sunday evening.
“The home side may need that creative spark, as I don’t expect Tottenham to be too open at Stamford Bridge,” Redknapp told Sky Sports.
“This is likely to be a tight game and I think it will end in a draw. A result which would suit Spurs just fine.”
Chelsea FC signed Everton playmaker Ross Barkley, AS Roma defender Emerson Palmieri and Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud in the January transfer window.
The Blues won the Premier League title with two games to spare last term.
