Spanish media outlet Don Balon, as quoted by the Daily Express, is reporting that the defending Premier League champions are preparing for Hazard’s potential departure at the end of a disappointing 2017-18 season.
The same article states that Chelsea FC are willing to sanction Hazard’s move to Real Madrid as long as the west London outfit get some quality players in return.
According to the same story, the Blues are keen on signing Wales international Bale to bolster their attacking options and fill Hazard’s void in the Chelsea FC team.
However, Don Balon claim that the title holders want to sign Arsenal and Liverpool FC target Ceballos as part of the same deal.
The 21-year-old has scored two goals in nine appearances in La Liga this term, while the midfielder has made four substitute appearances in the Champions League.
Hazard has been regularly linked with a move to Real Madrid over the past few seasons but Chelsea FC have managed to keep hold of their key star.
The Blues have won the Premier League title in two of the past three seasons.
