As many as nine Chelsea FC players are set for an uncertain future at the club following the Blues’ disappointing form, according to reports in the British media.

The Daily Star is reporting that a number of key Chelsea FC stars could be set to leave the club this summer after their disappointing form under Antonio Conte.

The west London side slumped to a disappointing 3-1 loss to Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon as they suffered a damaging blow to their hopes of finishing in the top four.

That result left Chelsea FC in fifth place in the Premier League table and eight points behind fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur with just seven games left to play this term.

According to the same story, Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois are set to be continued to be linked with moves away from Stamford Bridge.

But it is not just the Belgian duo who are being linked with moves away.

According to the same report, Cesc Fabregas, Pedro, Olivier Giroud, Gary Cahill and David Luiz are all facing an uncertain future as they enter into the final year of their contracts.

There are also reportedly doubts about Michy Batshuayi and Kurt Zouma’s long-term futures at the west London club.

Meanwhile, Chelsea FC will return to Premier League action on Sunday afternoon when they host West Ham United at Stamford Bridge.
