The Brazil international has struggled to hold down a regular starting spot under Antonio Conte since the Italian’s appointment in 2016.
Willian was in and out of the Chelsea FC starting XI during their title-winning season under the Italian coach last term.
Alvaro Morata’s poor form this season has resulted in Willian having a more important role in the Blues team in the current campaign.
Willian has scored six times and has made six assists in 18 starts and 13 substitute appearances in the Premier League this season.
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is rumoured to be interested in a reunion with the South American at Old Trafford.
However, the Chelsea FC star appeared to pour cold water on a potential switch to Manchester United.
“I like to play for Chelsea,” Willian is quoted as saying by Metro.
“On the pitch I want to do my best always to fight until the last minute. To do my best for this club. To continue to win titles because this club deserves always to win titles.
“I think we have to continue to improve for next season.
“To improve ourselves. To think about what we did well, what we did not so well and to try to make something different next season.”
Willian has won two Premier League titles and the League Cup since his move to Chelsea FC from Anzhi Mackhachkala in the 2013 summer transfer window.
The Blues are in fifth place in the Premier League table and 10 points adrift of Liverpool FC and Tottenham Hotspur.
Chelsea FC have won the Premier League title twice in the past three seasons.
