Liverpool FC send £200m message to Real Madrid about Mo Salah – report
Liverpool FC have no intention of cashing in on Mohamed Salah this summer, according to reports
Liverpool FC have told Real Madrid that even £200m would not be enough to tempt them into selling Mohamed Salah this summer, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Mail is reporting that the Reds have no intention of cashing in on the 25-year-old, who has been one of European football’s top performers this season.
Salah has been in sensational form for the Merseyside outfit this season and has scored a staggering 43 goals in all competitions for the Reds since his move to Anfield from AS Roma last summer.
He was once again the star of the show as he scored two and set up two in Liverpool FC’s 5-2 win over AS Roma in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
Salah’s incredible form is inevitably likely to prompt speculation linking him with some of Europe’s top clubs ahead of the summer transfer window.
According to the same report, Liverpool FC have made it clear that they will not consider any offers for the Egyptian this summer.
The story also says that Salah is likely to be valued at around £200m given his impressive form, and that Real Madrid are thought to be interested in signing him.
Salah could come up against Real Madrid if Liverpool FC and the Spanish side reach the Champions League final next month.
