Ian Wright believes Mohamed Salah will be at Liverpool FC at the start of the 2018-19 season.

The Reds signed the Egypt international in a £39m deal from Serie A giants AS Roma in the 2017 summer transfer window.

Salah struggled during an eight-month stint at Chelsea FC before he moved to Fiorentina on loan in August 2014.

However, the 25-year-old hasn’t struggled to adjust to life at Liverpool FC following an incredible return of 28 goals in 30 games in the Premier League.

Salah has also netted eight times in nine games in the Champions League to help the Reds reach the quarter-final stage.

The former Basel star has been linked with a potential switch to La Liga giants Real Madrid at the end of the season.

However, when Wright was asked whether Salah would be at Liverpool FC next term, the Arsenal legend said: “Yes. Of course he will.”

Salah will be hoping to fire Liverpool FC past Premier League leaders Manchester City in the Champions League last eight.

The first leg will take place at Anfield on Wednesday night.

Salah is four goals ahead of Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane in the Premier League’s goal-scoring charts.

Liverpool FC finished in fourth place in the Premier League table last term.
