The Egypt international is one of the favourites to win the PFA player of the year award following an outstanding debut season at Anfield.
The Reds signed the Egypt international in a £39m deal from Serie A giants AS Roma in the 2017 summer transfer window.
Salah has scored 30 times in 32 games in the Premier League this season to help the Reds challenge for a top-four finish.
The African forward has also netted nine times in the Champions League, including a goal in a 3-0 home win against Manchester City.
Only Cristiano Ronaldo has scored more goals than Salah in the current campaign, highlighting his incredible form at Liverpool FC.
However, former Arsenal star Merson wouldn’t be surprised to see Liverpool FC face interest from three huge European clubs this summer.
“Can Liverpool stop Barcelona, Juventus and Real Madrid coming in for Salah?” Merson told Sky Sports. “He will be hot property.
“It is a phenomenal season. It is going to be a worry for me – can Liverpool keep him? Liverpool won’t want to sell him but money talks.”
The African star netted in Liverpool FC’s 3-0 win over Bournemouth on Saturday.
Salah spent eight months at Chelsea FC in 2014 before a move on loan to Serie A giants Fiorentina.
The Liverpool FC star missed their goalless draw with Everton in last weekend’s Merseyside derby due to injury.
