Manchester United are looking to sign a new left-back and right-back this summer, according to reports in the British media.

The Guardian is reporting that the Red Devils are looking to strengthen at full-back this summer as Jose Mourinho looks to assemble a squad capable of winning the Premier League title next season.

The same story says that Tottenham full-back Danny Rose remains one of the club’s top targets after having been heavily linked with a move for the England international last summer.

According to the same report, Manchester United could be set to sell Matteo Darmian in the summer transfer window as Mourinho looks to revamp his squad.

Rose last summer stated his desire to win trophies as he approaches the final few years of his career, and Tottenham are set to end the campaign without silverware once again.

Manchester United are likely to be linked with a host of players this summer as they look to assemble a squad capable of challenging Manchester City’s dominance at the top of the table.

Meanwhile, the Red Devils – who will face Chelsea FC in the FA Cup final – will return to Premier League action on Sunday afternoon when they host Arsenal at Old Trafford.
