Manchester United are still interested in a potential deal to sign Gareth Bale or Willian in the summer transfer window, according to a report in England.

The Daily Mail is reporting that Manchester United are keeping tabs on the Wales international given his uncertain future at Real Madrid.

The former Tottenham Hotspur winger has fallen down the pecking order at The Bernabeu following a spate of injury problems over the past few months.

Bale didn’t come off the bench in Real Madrid’s 3-0 win against Serie A giants Juventus in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final.

The same article states that Manchester United are also interested in a potential swoop for Chelsea FC attacking midfielder Willian.

The South American has struggled to retain a regular starting spot in the Chelsea FC team under Antonio Conte.

Willian won the Premier League title and the League Cup under Jose Mourinho’s management before Chelsea FC axed the Portuguese coach.

Manchester United can still finish the season with some silverware if the Red Devils beat Tottenham Hotspur and reach the FA Cup final.

The Red Devils are in second place in the Premier League table but 13 points adrift of runaway leaders Manchester City.
