The Daily Telegraph is reporting that Spurs are one of a number of teams monitoring Martial’s situation at Old Trafford ahead of the summer window.
The same story says that Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain, Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid are among the other clubs keeping tabs on the 22-year-old striker’s situation.
According to the same report, Martial is settled in Manchester but he is becoming increasingly disillusioned by his lack of playing time at Old Trafford under Jose Mourinho.

The forward is out of contract at the end of next season, but Manchester United do have the option to extend by a further year to 2020.
According to the same report, the Manchester United board are eager for Martial to stay at Old Trafford, but it remains to be seen whether he will commit by signing a new contract.
Meanwhile, Manchester United will host West Brom in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
