Emery has been getting used to his new surroundings in north London after having been appointed as the new Arsenal manager following Arsene Wenger’s decision to leave at the end of the season.
Aubameyang joined Arsenal from Borussia Dortmund in the January transfer window and will be hoping to help to fire the Gunners to a Premier League title challenge next season.
The north London club are bound to be linked with a host of players this summer as they look to assemble a squad capable of challenging for the title next term.
Attentions will also be fixed on the formation Emery chooses to adopt at The Emirates from next season.
And Aubameyang has admitted that he is hoping that the new Arsenal boss opts to deploy two forwards up front next term.
Speaking to RMC Sport, Aubameyang said: “I think everybody knows that I like playing through the centre
“I hope that we can play with two attackers – that would be ideal. But if the new coach needs me on the wing, there’s no problem.”
Arsenal are aiming to challenge for the Premier League title again next season, after not having won the top flight title since their famous unbeaten triumph in the 2003-04 campaign.
The Gunners finished fifth this term as they missed out on Champions League qualification.
