The Daily Mirror is reporting that Emery is ready to work under the club’s new structure after agreeing to take over as Arsenal’s new manager following days of speculation linking him with the vacant managerial job at The Emirates.
According to the same story, Arsenal are set to have a limited transfer budget of just £50m to spend on new recruits this summer after having splashed the cash in recent windows.
Emery is used to working under similar transfer structures at both Sevilla and Paris Saint-Germain.
