David Luiz has hinted that he will remain at Chelsea FC for next season after having posed in the Blues’ new home kit.

The Brazilian has struggled with both form and fitness issues this season after having been one of the west London side’s top performers in Antonio Conte’s first campaign in charge.

The 31-year-old defender has not featured for Chelsea FC since early February and has only made a total of 10 appearances in the top flight this term.

His lack of playing time is likely to inevitably promote speculation linking him with a move away from Stamford Bridge in the forthcoming summer transfer window.

However, the defender seems to be relatively relaxed about his situation as he posed for a picture in Chelsea FC’s new home kit and sent a message to fans about his future.

David Luiz posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “The new home kit for 2018/2019 !! Let’s win together geezers! #TheStageisLit @chelseafc @nikefootball.”

Chelsea FC will look to end the season with a trophy when they take on Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley on Saturday evening.

The Blues are aiming to go one step further than they did last season, when they were beaten by Arsenal in the final.
