Eden Hazard has remained coy on speculation linking him with a summer transfer away from Chelsea FC.

The Belgian playmaker was the star of the show as he netted a first-half penalty against Manchester United to hand the Blues a 1-0 win over the Red Devils at Wembley on Saturday.

The result means that Chelsea FC have ended the season on a high after a largely disappointing campaign.

The Blues ended up in fifth place in the Premier League table as they missed out on Champions League qualification, and that is bound to spark fresh speculation about Hazard’s future.

The 27-year-old has long been linked with a move away from Chelsea FC and Real Madrid has been touted as a possible destination for the Belgian playmaker.

There is bound to be plenty of speculation about his future in the coming months, but and Hazard was quizzed directly about his situation after the game.

Speaking to BT Sport, Hazard said: “We have the World Cup, we have some days of holiday now – we don’t talk about next season now, we talk about holiday the World Cup.

“I need Antonio Rudiger to play like this every game and then I stay! I promise I stay!”

Chelsea FC are likely to be linked with a number of players in the coming weeks and months as they look to assemble a squad capable of winning the Premier League next season.

It remains to be seen whether Antonio Conte will stay in charge given Chelsea FC’s fifth placed finish.
