The 27-year-old playmaker signed for the Blues from French side Lille in the summer transfer window at 2012 and he has developed into one of European football’s top talents since his switch.
Hazard has helped the Blues to win two Premier League titles and also helped to fire the west London club to FA Cup glory this season with a 1-0 win over Manchester United earlier this month.
The playmaker was voted as the PFA player of the year in the 2014-15 campaign as Chelsea FC won a League Cup and Premier League double under Jose Mourinho.
However, the Belgium international himself feels that he could have had more of an impact at Chelsea FC and admits that there is still a lot of room for improvement from him.
Speaking in an interview with BT Sport before the FA Cup final, Hazard said: “Six years later, I’m proud of what I did for Chelsea. I think I could do more.
“But I’m just looking forward to winning more trophies with this club and enjoying myself.”
Attentions will now turn towards the signings Chelsea FC are likely to make this summer as they look to build a squad capable of regaining the Premier League title next season.
The Blues missed out on Champions League qualification for next season after they slumped to a fifth placed finish in the Premier League.
