Eden Hazard has taken to social media to salute Chelsea FC’s fans after their 1-0 victory over Liverpool FC on Sunday afternoon.

Olivier Giroud scored the only goal of the game in the first half at Stamford Bridge as Antonio Conte’s men kept alive their hopes of breaking back into the top four before the season is out.

Chelsea FC will now look to move level on points with third-placed Liverpool by beating Huddersfield Town in front of their home fans on Wednesday night.

Hazard was in good form against Jurgen Klopp’s men as the Blues notched up their fourth straight Premier League victory.

And the Belgian playmaker was quick to take to social media after Sunday’s game to salute his team-mates and Chelsea FC’s supporters.

Hazard posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “Great win yesterday, thank you for your support, we keep going! #CFC.”

Chelsea FC will be hoping to see Liverpool FC drop points in their final game of the season against Brighton on Sunday to allow the Blues the chance to pip them to a top-four finish.

The west London side are aiming to end the campaign on a high by beating Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley at the end of the month.
