Thierry Henry makes prediction about Antonio Conte at Chelsea FC
Thierry Henry feels that Antonio Conte is likely to leave Chelsea FC this summer
Thierry Henry reckons that Antonio Conte’s days at Chelsea FC are numbered.
The Italian signed off for the season on a positive note as the Blues claimed a 1-0 victory over Manchester United in the FA Cup final on Saturday to win their second major trophy under him.
However, Conte’s future has been a relentless source of speculation this season and the uncertainty has heightened since Chelsea FC ended up in a disappointing fifth place in the Premier League table.
It remains to be seen whether Conte will see out the final year of his contract at Chelsea FC or whether he will part company with the west London club this summer.
However, former Arsenal star Henry seems to feel that Conte is likely to leave Chelsea FC ahead of next season after the constant speculation about his future at the club.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Henry said: “It will be very difficult [for Conte to stay in charge].
“It started when he finished last season. He was too loud for what people like at Chelsea.”
Eden Hazard scored the only goal of the game in the first half from the penalty spot on Sunday as Chelsea FC claimed a 1-0 win over Manchester United in the FA Cup final.
The west London side won the Premier League title last season but their fifth-placed finish this term means they have missed out on a Champions League spot.
