Antonio Conte makes Chelsea FC admission about Liverpool FC star
Antonio Conte discusses Chelsea FC's decision to let the likes of Mo Salah and Kevin De Bruyne leave the club

Antonio Conte has admitted that Chelsea FC must be careful and not let the likes of Mohamed Salah leave the club in the future.
Salah left Chelsea FC to sign for AS Roma in August 2016 after having failed to hold down a permanent spot in the first team at Stamford Bridge.
The Egypt international then joined Liverpool FC last summer and he has been one of the Premier League’s top performers this term, scoring more than 40 goals in all competitions and winning the PFA player of the year award.
Salah has been earning huge amounts of praise for his form this season and rightly so.
But there have also been questions raised about how Chelsea FC let the talented leave the club so recently after deeming him to be surplus to requirements in west London.
And Conte admits that the Blues will need to be careful as they look to avoid repeating the same kind of mistakes with Salah and Kevin De Bruyne.
Speaking at a news conference at Cobham before the clash with Liverpool FC on Sunday, Conte said: “We must have talents like Salah and De Bruyne that remain at the club in the future.
“I think the club has the right people to make the best evaluation of these players. There is a structure that evaluates and makes the best decisions for these players for the past, the present and the future.
“I don’t know who was responsible for Salah leaving. We are talking about the past and I don’t know. For sure, it’s not right to talk about the past. This is not a question for me.”
Chelsea FC are looking to finish as highly as possible in the Premier League this season and also beat Manchester United in the FA Cup final.
