The Blues will take on the Red Devils at Wembley next weekend as they look to try and lift a trophy in Antonio Conte’s second campaign in charge at Stamford Bridge.
Bakayoko has been settling into life at Chelsea FC following his move to the club from Real Madrid in the summer transfer window last year.
The midfielder has endured something of a mixed debut campaign in the Premier League and he will be hoping to step his game up next term as he looks to try and help them challenge for the title.
The Blues will take on Manchester United both clubs look to win a trophy this season, with Manchester City having dominated the Premier League.
And Bakayoko admits that he and his team-mates are determined to get the better of Jose Mourinho’s men next weekend.
Speaking in an interview with Chelsea FC’s website, Bakayoko said: “There’s really nothing better for any player than to get into a final, so it’s always great when you can qualify for that.
“We have a lot of work to do but it’s what any player would hope for.”
Chelsea FC won the Premier League title in style last season but struggled to find consistent form this term.
The Blues also reached the FA Cup final last year but they were beaten by Arsenal in the showpiece event.
