Willian insists that he remains completely committed to Chelsea FC despite the speculation about his future
Willian has insisted that he remains completely committed to Chelsea FC despite the speculation about future at the club.
The Brazilian playmaker has been one of the Blues’ top performing players this season despite it being a difficult campaign for the west London side overall.
Willian is widely regarded as one of the most talented attacking players in the Premier League, and he has been linked with a transfer to Manchester United in recent weeks.
The 29-year-old Brazil international has scored six goals and made seven assists in the Premier League for Chelsea FC this season and has been earning lots of praise for his displays despite the Blues’ struggles in all competitions.
Willian will be hoping to help Chelsea FC end the season with a trophy when they take on Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley later this month.
And the Brazilian attacker has insisted that he remains focused on helping the Blues end the campaign on a high, despite him being linked with a move away from the club.
Speaking to Chelsea FC’s website, Willian said: “I have 13 goals and 10 assists which are good numbers but of course I always want to score more goals and play better and better.
“I’m happy with my performances. I try to do my best.
“I’m a Chelsea player and I will always give my best for this club and for the fans, and to try to help us win more titles.”
Chelsea FC won the Premier League title last season but struggled to maintain consistent form in Antonio Conte’s second campaign at the club.
