Manchester City are planning to launch a sensational offer for Chelsea FC star Eden Hazard, according to a report in England.
The Sun, as quoted by the Metro, is reporting that Manchester City are looking to make one or two signings in the summer transfer window to add to their squad ahead of their title defence in 2018-19 campaign.
The same article states that Manchester City are ready to rival La Liga giants Real Madrid for the Belgium international this summer given the uncertainty surrounding the forward’s future at Stamford Bridge.
According to the same story, Spanish head coach Pep Guardiola wouldn’t hesitate to launch a massive offer for Hazard in a £100m deal to further bolster his attacking options at the Citizens.
The Premier League champions are also ready to give Hazard a huge pay rise if the Belgium international does complete a potential move to the Etihad Stadium.
Hazard will be hoping to fire Chelsea FC to victory over Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley on Saturday afternoon.
Chelsea FC signed Hazard in a big-money deal from Ligue 1 side Lille in the 2012 summer transfer window.
The Blues ended up in sixth spot in the Premier League table last term.
